Osio is more than a company name. It is Cassandra’s family name, and a tribute to her father, Tomas Bernardo Osio — the man who first taught her what leadership means.
Born in Caracas, he was an economist, a motivational speaker, and an entrepreneur who built everything he had himself. He brought his family to the United States and became an American citizen — something he counted among the proudest achievements of his life. He loved to travel, and the discovery held in every journey.
He wanted to learn to fly. He helped his brother become a pilot instead. And through his example, and an extraordinary work ethic, he taught his daughter respect, integrity, commitment, and consistency.
